- Smooth, self-closing operation
- Dwell stop holds door open at 105° as long as required
- For doors with minimum 1-3/4" (44.5 mm) offset
- Top and bottom assemblies have identical hole sizes and spacing
- Use standard, pre-punched door pans for right or left installation
- Adjustable spring tension cartridge installs in 3/4" (19.0 mm) diameter round opening
